Maintenance Carpenter

We are looking for an experienced maintenance carpenter for a super prime residential client.

Candidates must be confident working alone, client facing and self-motivated to complete jobs within a timely manner to a high standard. Jobs are in various South-West locations with their workshop based in Fulham.

Main Duties:

Bespoke joinery, cabinetry and doors including general handyperson tasks on super prime homes.
Carpentry, fitting doors, flooring, repairs, fittings, general painting, minor plumbing and electrics and various other tasks.

Requirements:

High end resi maintenance/carpenter experience
CSCS preferred but not essential.
Hand tools and drill
Valid, clean drivers licence

Start date: 5th of January 2026.
Job title: Maintenance Carpenter
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. OOH as required.
Rate (Apply online only)p/d (dependant on experience).
Central and Greater London.
Van and fuel card provided by the company.
